Creamy Delightful soup
|
Ingredients
| 1 |
cup Flour |
| 1/4 |
cup butter |
| 3 |
cups 2% milk |
| 6 |
cups potato |
| 4 |
cups carrots |
| 2 |
cups peas |
| 1 |
lb ham |
| 2 |
cups chicken broth |
| 2 |
cups Cheddar cheese |
| 1 |
tbsp garlic Salt |
| 1 |
small onion |
| 1 |
tbsp Pepper |
Directions
- make a rou with the butter, flour, and Milk. Stir constantly on low heat until all fluids and cheddar are mixed in. Add water until desired thickness.
- Boil Potato, carrots until desired softness. Drain and add remaining ingredients chopping the onion to very small bits.
- Simmer on low heat stirring occasionally for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with Parker house rolls.
