Versatile roll that can be served with any dish!

Ingredients
| 250 |
g flour |
| 50 |
g oatmeal |
| 180 |
ml water |
| 20 |
g butter |
| 1 3/10 |
tsp dry yeast |
| 1 3/10 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tbsp sugar |
Directions
- If you have a bread machine, you can put all ingredients in it and run it according to manufacturer's instructions. (you may choose to bake one loaf, or remove dough after the kneeding cycle and make individual rolls.)
- For those without a bread machine:
- Heat water till it's luke warm, add yeast and sugar. Stir gentle. Let yeast proof for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl (standing mixer with a dough hook works best, but this can easily be done by hand), combine the remaining ingredients (butter should be melted). Add yeast mixture and stir until dough comes together.
- I often find that if I make it by hand, I have to add more flour during the kneeding process. If I use my standing mixer, I don't have this problem.
- Kneed dough until it is elastic. Break into eight piece and form into balls. Let proof until double in size.
- If desired, brush the tops of the rolls with more melted butter and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. (cook time will depend a lot on the oven. Check between 10-12 minutes on status of bread to determine if more time is needed.)
