Break-The-Fast 2006

Ingredients
7 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
12 oz egg noodles
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. 1/4 cup margarine, melted

  2. 1/2 cup brown Sugar

  3. 1 bag broad egg noodles

  4. 3 eggs

  5. 3 tbsp margarine, melted

  6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  7. 1 cup white sugar

  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles and drain. Set aside.

  9. Melt 1/4 cup margarine and mix it with the brown sugar. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pyrex baking dish.

  10. In a large bowl, combine eggs, 3 tbsp melted margarine, cinnamon and sugar. Stir in noodles.

  11. Pour into baking dish on top of brown sugar mixture.

  12. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
