Ingredients

oz diced tomatoes (Garlic and Basil) |
| 32 |
oz vegetable broth (add up to 16 oz more) |

oz white beans |
| 1 |
c fennel |
| 1 |
c celery |
| 1 |
c onion |
| 2 |
tbls minced garlic |
| 16 |
oz orzo pasta |
| 1 |
tsp fresh basil |
| 1 |
tbl minced garlic |
Directions
- Combine all ingrediant in soup pot. Simmer all day until fennel is soft. Add orzo, bring to boil until orzo is soft. Add more liquid as needed. (I add more broth)
