Quick, easy, and no fat breadsticks

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 |
cups whole wheat flour |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1 |
cup water (warm) |
| 1 |
tablespoon yeast |
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to salt and flour. Knead into soft dough. After dough is formed, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and Splenda. Let stand for 5 minutes. Shape into breadsticks. Bake at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
