No Fat Breadsticks

Quick, easy, and no fat breadsticks

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water (warm)
1 tablespoon yeast
Directions
  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to salt and flour. Knead into soft dough. After dough is formed, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and Splenda. Let stand for 5 minutes. Shape into breadsticks. Bake at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
