A smoothie that is very thick. If you do not like seeds this is not for you. Serve with a spoon.

Ingredients
1/3 cup yogurt
1/3 cup blackberries
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup ice
Directions
Blend all ingredients well.
