Vegetable dish

Ingredients
6 cups zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups egg beaters
Directions
  1. Dice zucchini

  2. Coat casserole dish with olive oil

  3. Mix zucchini, cheese and egg beaters in dish

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
