The counts are actually better than this as I use Ronzoni smart taste pasta 160 cals per serving 5G fiber Prego Heart Smart sauce 25 cals per serving 3 g fiber reduced fat mozzarella 30 cals per cottage cheese 20 cals per lean turkey 75 cals per about 340 cals per serving

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
4 c marinara sauce
1/2 c onion
14 oz pasta
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c 1% cottage cheese
3/4 c mozzarella
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 T basil
Directions
  1. cook turkey and onion till no longer pink

  2. add marinara sauce to meat

  3. cook and drain pasta

  4. mix the cheeses and basil

  5. layer like lasagna

  6. bake 45 in 350 oven
