Delicious & Nutricious! Just another slight variation of this popular diet...

Ingredients
2 medium (238g) Green Peppers , chopped
1 head (1248g) Cabbage , shredded
8 large (120g) Baby Carrots . chopped
8 stalk, Medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (320g) Celery Stalks , chopped
5 medium (550g) Onions , chopped
8 Servings (56g) Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Onion, Mix, Dry
1 cup (243g) Tomato Juice
6 cups (1544g) Diced Tomatoes
1422 g water
2 Cubes (20g) Stock Cubes - Chicken
7 1/2 Servings (375g) Mushrooms - Button , chopped
3/4 tsp (2g) Garlic Powder
3/4 tsp (5g) Salt
1/2 tsp (1g) Pepper, Black
Directions
Starting with canned tomato - Simmer ingredients for approx 25min after last ingredient is added.
