Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup chopped dates
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º.

  2. Mix together bananas, dates and oil.

  3. Add oats, chopped nuts, salt and vanilla; mix lightly.

  4. Let stand for a few minutes.

  5. Drop with teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  6. Bake 25 minutes or until done.
