Ingredients

large onion |
| 1/4 |
cup egg beaters |
| 1/2 |
cup fiber one, crushed |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cut onion into 1/2 in rings
- chop up fiber one in the food processer until breadcrumb-like
- dredge in egg beaters, then fiber one
- place on a baking dish covered in non-stick spray
- Cook for 20-25 min, turning over once
