Baked Fish and Rice Recipe

Makes 4 servings


A great oven only recipe; also can substitute fried onions and add broccoli if wished.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup raw long grain rice
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 medium onion, sauteed
8 oz fish fillets
1 dash paprika
Directions
  1. In greased baking dish combine rice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and boiling chicken broth.

  2. Cover and bake at 375* for 10 min

  3. Add onions and parmesan, top with fish.

  4. Sprinkle with paprika

  5. Cover and bake for 20-25 min
