| 1 1/2 | cups chicken broth |
| 3/4 | cup raw long grain rice |
| 1/4 | tsp italian seasoning |
| 1/4 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1 | medium onion, sauteed |
| 8 | oz fish fillets |
| 1 | dash paprika |
- In greased baking dish combine rice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and boiling chicken broth.
- Cover and bake at 375* for 10 min
- Add onions and parmesan, top with fish.
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Cover and bake for 20-25 min
