Ingredients

tbsp olive oil |
| 1 |
large onion |
| 1 |
stalk celery (with leaves) |
| 1 |
carrot |
| 375 |
g lentils |
| 2 |
litres water |
| 1 |
tsp cumin |
Directions
- Heat oil and fry onion, celery and carrot for 10 mins.
- Add lentils, bouquet garni and water/stock.
- Cook 25 mins.
- Add cumin and the juice of half a lemon.
