Velvety smooth soup.

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
1 stalk celery (with leaves)
1 carrot
375 g lentils
2 litres water
1 tsp cumin
Directions
  1. Heat oil and fry onion, celery and carrot for 10 mins.

  2. Add lentils, bouquet garni and water/stock.

  3. Cook 25 mins.

  4. Add cumin and the juice of half a lemon.
