boneless skinless thighs in a tangy sauce

Ingredients

oz chicken thighs |
| 1 |
tablespoon olive oil |
| 3/4 |
cup orange juice |
| 3/4 |
cup chicken broth |
| 1/4 |
cup dijon mustard |
| 1 |
tablespoon honey |
Directions
- sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. saute in olive oil for 6 minutes per side. remove chicken from pan. Add orange juice, chicken broth, mustard, honey and pepper sauce to pan. bring to a boil and cook whisking occasionally untill sauce thickens slightly. return thighs to pan and heat thru over medium low heat. serve with sauce poured over.
