Ingredients

pound asparagus |

tablespoons apricot preserves |
| 1 |
tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon garlic, minced |
| 1/8 |
teaspoon salt |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place asparagus spears on a foil-lined jelly roll pan coate with cooking spray.
- Combine apricot preserves, soy sauce, garlic and salt; pour preserves mixture over asparagus. Toss well to coat.
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
