| 1/4 | cup oil |

| 2 1/2 | cup wheat flour |

- preheat oven to 350
- lightly oil a 13x9x2 inch pan
- mix apples, sugar, raisins well, let sit for 30 minutes
- stir in oil, vanilla, and egg. sift together flour, soda and cinnamon,stir into apple mixture
- bake 35 to 40 minutes
