Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup All-Bran cereal
1 cups oats
2 large egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup fat free yogurt
4 tbsp flax seed
