Makes 4 servings

Homemade wheat/white pasta

Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Mix salt wheat flour and white flour make a divet in middle.

  2. Add egg to divet. knead until elastic and well incorporated.

  3. Let sit for 1 hour then put through pasta machine or roll out and cut by hand.

  4. Place in boiling water for three minutes. Homemade pasta cooks quick. Pasta is done when it floats.
