Homemade wheat/white pasta
|
Ingredients
| 1/2 |
cup wheat flour |
| 1/2 |
cup white flour |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
Directions
- Mix salt wheat flour and white flour make a divet in middle.
- Add egg to divet. knead until elastic and well incorporated.
- Let sit for 1 hour then put through pasta machine or roll out and cut by hand.
- Place in boiling water for three minutes. Homemade pasta cooks quick. Pasta is done when it floats.
