Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
| 3 | small potatoes |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon rosemary |
| 15 | g spanish onion |
| 1/2 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | tsp salt |
- Quarter or half potatoes into chunks
- Mix all incredients in large bowl.
- Bake in caserole dish covered for 30 minutes at 400F and then uncover and cook for additional 15 minutes.
- Cook until desired tenderness.
