Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
3 small potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon rosemary
15 g spanish onion
1/2 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Quarter or half potatoes into chunks

  2. Mix all incredients in large bowl.

  3. Bake in caserole dish covered for 30 minutes at 400F and then uncover and cook for additional 15 minutes.

  4. Cook until desired tenderness.
