Ingredients
3 small potatos, diced
1/2 large Zucchini, diced
12 ounce artichoke hearts
10 white mushrooms, diced
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. Dice all veggies, throw into a pan, cook till heated through
