Casserole - I use reduced sodium soup and 93% ground beef. Any kind of vegetable can be used.

Ingredients
| 1 |
lb lean ground beef |
| 1/2 |
c onion, chopped |
| 2 |
c green beans, frozen |
| 1 |
can tomato soup |
| 3 |
medium russet potatoes |
| 1/4 |
c skim milk |
| 1/4 |
c cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Peel and quarter potatoes, boil till tender, mash with 1/4 C skim milk, set aside.
- Brown ground beef and onion, add soup and green beans, mix well.
- Put into a pammed casserole dish, cover with the potatoes.
- Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top, let melt, then serve!
