Banana Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

This recipe, when compared to a full sugar version, has a 26 percent reduction in calories, a 25 percent reduction in carbohydrates and a 37 percent reduction in sugars. Ingredients
1 ripe banana, sliced
5 g (5 packets) Equal or Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener (83289)
1/2 cup lowfat milk (1082)
1 1/4 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries (92341)
Directions
  1. Place sliced banana on a plate and freeze for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.

  2. Combine all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
