Lasagna Roll-ups

Ingredients

ounce Vigo lasagna |
| 15 |
ounce ricotta cheese |
| 10 |
ounce chopped spinach |
| 4 |
ounce mozzarella cheese |
| 1/4 |
cup Parmesan cheese |
| 1 |
egg |
| 26 |
ounce pasta sauce |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan and egg.
- Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on each pasta noodle, roll up.
- Pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce into bottom of 4.5 quart open roaster.
- Arrange pasta rolls, seam sides down in dish. Top with remaining sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hot.
