Simple roasted sprouts

Ingredients
12 ounces brussels sprouts
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
  1. Toss sprouts in olive oil, pepper and salt and roast at 375 for forty-five minutes, stirring two or three times during cooking.
