Low fat banana bread

Bread

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 large bananas (mashed)
1/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dash of cinnamon
Directions
  1. Mix indgredients (minus the brown sugar) together and pour into a loaf pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
