ml tomatoes, seived |

garlic clove, crushed |

leek, chopped finely |

carrots, grated |
| 1 |
pint of water |
| 1 |
tablespoon olive oil |
| 1/2 |
cup basil, fresh |
Directions
- Heat oil in pan add leeks, carrots and garlic and cook until soft, add the tinned tomatoes, seived tomatoes and water and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Let soup cool down and add the basil and blend.
- Serve with % fat greek yohurt
