Banana Cake
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup margarine |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3 | bananas, mashed |
| 1/2 | cup fat free sour cream |
| 2 1/4 | cups flour |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray
- Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add bananas and sour cream. Sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Blend into batter. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour.
