Delicious Banana Cake Recipe

Banana Cake

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray

  3. Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add bananas and sour cream. Sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Blend into batter. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour.
