A good enough substitute for pumpkin pie when you can't afford the calories.

Ingredients
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp pumpkin
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp raw honey
Directions
  1. Just mix everything together and eat it up. I like it for lunch on days that I need that little bit more protein than usual.
