Homemade Kettle Corn Recipe

A sweet and salty snack like the one you get at the fair.

Ingredients
2 tbsp popcorn, unpopped
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Put oil and one kernel of popcorn in pan and heat over high until kernel pops

  2. Add sugar, salt and popcorn to pan

  3. Shake the pan constantly until all of the popcorn has just stopped popping

  4. Pour popcorn into a bowl and break up the clumps as the popcorn cools

  5. Enjoy! Makes four cups (serving=cup).
