Ingredients
3 yams
1/2 cup marmalade , melted
1 Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut each potato into 8 wedges, toss with marmalade and season with salt. Arrange on a foil lined baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes, or until tender, turning once.
