single serving miso

Ingredients
1 tbs miso
1 cup broth
1/2 cup water
1 green onion
1 baby carrot
1 tbs tofu
1/8 cup spinach
Directions
  1. place 1 tbs miso in bowl

  2. boil broth and water

  3. add carrot to broth and cook slightly

  4. add 1/4 cup broth&water to miso in bowl and mix

  5. add spinach and green onion to bowl

  6. pour rest of broth over miso in bowl
