Ingredients
1 small carrot
2 tbs. mirin
2 tbs. vinegar
1 tbs. tamari sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbs. onion, chopped
1 tsp. dijon mustard
15 grams (1 Tbs) fresh ginger, chopped
Directions
  1. Blend until smooth. Can also ad 1/4 cake silken tofu. Keeps 10 days without tofu.
