Martha White® recipe from cornmeal package.

Ingredients
2 cups Cornmeal, Self-rising, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
1/2 cup Gold Medal Self-Rising Flour
1 cups milk
1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
1 egg
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Grease 8-inch ovenproof skillet or 8-inch square pan; place in oven to heat.

  3. Meanwhile, beat egg in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into hot greased skillet.

  4. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
