Ingredients

cups Cornmeal, Self-rising, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow |
| 1/2 |
cup Gold Medal Self-Rising Flour |
| 1 |
cups milk |
| 1/4 |
cups Vegetable Oil |
| 1 |
egg |
Directions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Grease 8-inch ovenproof skillet or 8-inch square pan; place in oven to heat.
- Meanwhile, beat egg in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into hot greased skillet.
- Bake at 450 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
