Yummy treat. You won't even know you're eating healthy!!

Ingredients
12 oz non fat milk
8 oz strawberries, frozen and unsweetened
Directions
  1. Put milk in blender.

  2. Add Splenda or other no-calorie sweetener.

  3. Add strawberries.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Enjoy!!

  6. Change out the fruit for a different treat. Just keep 8 oz fruit to 12 oz milk.
