Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

a stir fry that is more veggies than it is anything else.

Ingredients
92 g 6 total red,yellow,and oragane sweet peppers. Mix it up for color
80 g 2 stalks celery
100 g 4 green onions
124 g 1 small zucchini
10 g 4 thin sliced rounds of red onion
154 g 14 baby carrots
420 g 3 cups cut chicken breast.
Directions
  1. cut all your veggies and you chicken in strips ready for frying.

  2. Heat your pan on meaduim high untill hot.

  3. spray Olive oil spray in pan to coat and add in your chicken and garlic if you like.

  4. once the chicken is cooked through lay the veggies on top of the meat put the lid on and let the veggies steam for aprox. 5 min.

  5. Mix it up and serve over rice.
