- cut all your veggies and you chicken in strips ready for frying.
- Heat your pan on meaduim high untill hot.
- spray Olive oil spray in pan to coat and add in your chicken and garlic if you like.
- once the chicken is cooked through lay the veggies on top of the meat put the lid on and let the veggies steam for aprox. 5 min.
- Mix it up and serve over rice.
