A low-cal dessert to fill you up and make you enjoy your diet without any excess :)
| 1 | apple |
| 1 | tbs brown sugar |
| 2 | tbs oatmeal |
- Make a hole in the middle of an apple
- In a bowl, mix the apple pieces (taken from the removen parts) with brown sugar, put in the hole.
- Bake in oven for about 10 minutes at 350F. Enjoy!
- You can top it off with a little oatmeal :), sometimes honey as well.
