curried cauliflower w. red lentils, tomatoes. Serve w. yogurt?

Ingredients
| 2 |
medium onions, chopped |
| 2 |
tbsp hot peppers, chopped |
| 3/10 |
tbsp canola oil |
| 1 |
head cauliflower |
| 4 |
cloves garlic |
| 2 |
cups red lentils, dry |
| 4 |
cubes chicken broth |
| 4 |
cups water |
| 2 |
tbsp curry powder |
| 2 |
cups tomatoes, crushed |
Directions
- Fry up onions and hot pepper with canola.
- Add cauliflower and garlic, lots of pepper.
- Add lentils, stir it up. When they're about to start sticking, add broth.
- Add lots of spices.. curry, garam marsala if you have it, etc.
- Add tomatoes - best if they're roasted, but whatever.
- Simmer simmer. Season some more. Simmer till thick and stew-like.
