| 3 | eggs |
| 1/2 | cup Spenda Brown Sugar |
| 1 | tbsp flour |
| 4 | cups pumpkin |
| 2 | tbsp pumpkin pie spice |
| 14 | oz 2% evaporated milk |
| 1 | pie crust |
- Blend eggs, splenda brown sugar, evaporated milk and pumpkin in a bowl.
- Add flower and spices and mix well
- Pour into a prepared pie crust (deep dish)
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and lower to 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Allow to sit for 15 minutes before cutting
