Ingredients
2 potatoes, baking
2 leeks
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
1/2 cup of celery
2 pints of water
Directions
  1. peel potatoes and chop all other vegetables put in a deep saucepan, add water bring to the boil and simmer for 30mins until the vegetables are soft. Wait for soup to cool down and blend
