Pour first 5 ingredients in Vitamix and run on variable 5 for 5 seconds. Add remaining two ingredients and run on high 10 for 10 seconds. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated non-stick skillet. When bubbly, flip. Cook for about another minute and serve warm.Categories
