Great weekend brunch

Ingredients
80 g tuna in brine
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon kidney bean
1/2 cup of sweet pepper
1/4 cup of sweet corn
2 slices bread, wholemeal
Directions
  1. mix tuna, mayonnaise, kidney beans, sweet peppers (chopped into small squares) and sweet corn, spread on bread and put in sandwich toaster until brown.
