Ingredients
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup Splenda
2 3/4 tbsp shortening
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup flour
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl with beater.

  2. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350.
