| 1/4 | tbsp Mexican Spices |
| 1/2 | tsp Salt |
| 10 | grams Chinese Pancakes (this works out at 5chinese pancakes) |
| 6 | grams worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tbsp Cup Oil |
- put the oil in a frying pan and heat
- put in what you want to cook, minced meat or chicken etc
- mince meat:
- when its not mushy anymore and all turned brown, add worcester sauce and spices
- once is all mixed in add the salt to help soak up the moisture
- cook till very little or no moisture
- microwave pancakes for 20seconds
- eat!!
