Pan fried Spinach w/ artichokes and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
10 ounce frozen spinach, thawed, drained
130 g artichoke hearts, canned, drained, peeled apart - (about 3 pieces)
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Heat olive oil and minced garlic.

  2. Add spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, salt and pepper.

  3. Heat until cooked throughout.
