Ingredients

g great northern beans |
| 125 |
g canned salmon |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon rosemary |

celery stalk |

tomato |
| 1/4 |
cup shallot |
| 1 |
cup shredded lettuce |
| 2 |
tablespoon red wine vinegar |
| 3 |
tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 |
clove garlic |
Directions
- bring pan of water to boil, add beans and blanch for a few minutes. Drain and transfer to bowl. Mash beans slightly.
- Mix together dressing ingredients and add to the beans in the bowl with all the remaining ingredients, except the lettuce and tortillas. Mix.
- Scatter the lettuce leaves over the tortillas, cover with the bean spread, and roll up the wraps. Cut in half and serve.
