Ingredients

tbsp corn oil |

tbsp sugar |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tbsp dry nonfat milk |
| 1 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 1/4 |
cup all purpose flour |
| 2 |
tsp yeast |
Directions
- use a breadmaker to mix and raise the dough
- divide into 9 equal balls (remember, 1 serving is 1/2 a roll), let them rise for 20-30 minutes
- bake at 350F for 30 minutes
