Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
5 cups cabbage, shredded
2 cups carrot, grated
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup onion, chopped
Directions
  1. In a bowl stir together the lemon juice, sugar, and salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved, add the cabage, onion, carrot, coriander, oil, and toss well.
