Salmon Patties
| 14 3/4 | ounce canned salmon |
| 1/2 | cup breadcrumbs |
| 1 | medium onion, diced |
| 1/4 | cup skim milk |
| 2 | large eggs |
| 1 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 1 | dash of pepper |
| 1 | dash of dill |
| 1 | dash of parsley |
| 1 | dash of salt, if desired |
- Remove bones and skin from salmon and separate fish with fingers.
- Chop a medium onion.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide up into 6 patties.
- Spray an iron skillet with vegetable spray.
- Fry patties in skillet turning once until set and browned.
