Mom's Crepe Recipe

Ingredients

eggs |
| 1 1/2 |
cup milk |
| 1/2 |
tsp vanilla |
| 1 |
cup flour |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 2 |
tbsp sugar |
Directions
- Beat eggs.
- Mix all other wet ingredients and all dry ingredients separately in two bowls.
- Add mixtures to eggs, alternating between dry and wet.
- Fry small amounts in a pan, flipping once, to make crepes.
- Top with yummy yummy toppings.
