Ingredients
15 oz eden organic kidney beans, drained
15 oz eden organic pinto beans, drained
15 oz eden organic black beans, drained
28 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
7/10 cup morningstar farms burger crumbles
0.66 cup corn
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup cumin
1/4 cup chili powder
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions
combine all ingredients in large pot. Simmer 20 minutes & serve plain or over macaroni noodles.
